I'm Not Trying to Live Forever.
I Want More Tomorrows.
I'm Mark Seremet. I'm 61, a father of five, and an entrepreneur who has spent much of my life building companies.
Several years ago, a serious diagnosis changed the way I thought about my future. What began as an effort to understand what was happening in my own body became a mission to understand aging itself and what we can actually do about it.
I went deep into the science of metabolic health, muscle, cardiovascular health, cellular energy, nutrition, exercise and longevity. Then I began applying what I learned to my own life.
Today, at 61, I'm in the best physical condition of my life.
But this was never really about looking younger. It was about living better for longer.
Why I Created Rewind Time
The more I learned, the more convinced I became that there is no single longevity “hack.” How we age reflects what we do across many different systems of the body, over many years.
That thinking ultimately led me to write More Tomorrows and work alongside Dr. Ravi Gupta to create Rewind Time.
I created Rewind Time because I wanted more than another basic supplement. I wanted one daily formula built around ingredients I believed deserved a place in my own longevity strategy. Rewind Time combines seven carefully selected active ingredients including NR and Urolithin A to support cellular energy, mitochondrial health and healthy aging.
It's one of the tools I use daily and something I wanted to make available to others pursuing the goal of graceful, healthy aging.
A Builder at Heart
Before Rewind Time, I co-founded Take-Two Interactive, the publisher of Grand Theft Auto, and spent decades building, operating and investing in companies.
I've always had a tendency to go very deep when something matters to me.
Nothing I've worked on has ever felt more personal than this.
Longevity isn't about just adding years to a number. It's about having more good years to live. More time with the people you love. More life in the years ahead. Those are the More Tomorrows I'm chasing.
